Zoë Morgan Koelewijn serves as General Manager of Covenant Winery. Growing up in Napa Valley as the daughter of Covenant’s owners and co-founders, Zoë was immersed in both the family business and the broader wine industry from an early age. She made Aliyah to Israel and quickly began managing the winery’s Israeli operations, developing deep expertise in international winery management. In 2021, she relocated back to California with her husband to take on the GM position.
