Reyna Mamann is the founder of PWR Pilates and a certified Pilates instructor with a specialization in pre- and postnatal training, supporting women safely and effectively through pregnancy and postpartum. Reyna brings an athletic, inclusive approach to Pilates, making her classes accessible and challenging for all fitness levels, for both women and men.

This Passover, Reyna will lead an engaging 8-day Pilates program featuring a dynamic fusion of mat and equipment-based workouts. Her classes blend traditional Pilates principles with contemporary, athletic movements designed to build strength, stability, and endurance. Each day will highlight a different focus, including Intro to Pilates, Tone & Sculpt, Full Body Sweat, and a Power Series, incorporating strength training and HIIT-inspired movements.

Attendees can expect to improve core stability, increase muscle tone, and experience a full-body workout that challenges both physical and mental strength. Reyna’s expert instruction emphasizes proper technique, thoughtful progressions, and energizing movements, leaving guests feeling stronger, more flexible, and revitalized.
