Benjamin (Benji) Rubin is President of Rubin Law, a practice specialized in complex special needs and tax planning. An ACTEC Fellow and Board Member of the Special Needs Alliance, Benji is a nationally recognized leader in estate planning. He holds degrees from Northwestern University and the University of Illinois College of Law (Magna Cum Laude), including an LLM in Taxation with honors.
Inspired by his brother Mitchell, Benji is deeply committed to disability advocacy. He serves on numerous boards, including Clearbrook, DayOne PACT, and the NSSRA Foundation, and is a frequent speaker and faculty member for IICLE, the ABA, and the ISBA. Benji lives in suburban Chicago with his wife and four children.
